Vista House is conceived as two strong architectural volumes that overlap and intersect, separated by a large horizontal beam that clearly defines the two forms. The composition is deliberately simple, but the relationship between the volumes creates a dynamic and sculptural silhouette.

Large cantilevers extend beyond the main forms, creating moments of drama while providing deep shade and shelter to the spaces below. These projecting elements also reinforce the sense of weight and balance within the architecture.

A bold and contrasting material palette gives the house a darker, more atmospheric character. Inside, the combination of natural textures, warm finishes and controlled light creates a moody and intimate atmosphere, balancing the strong exterior forms with a sense of warmth and comfort.
