Set in Buffels Bay on the Garden Route, this coastal residence is arranged across four levels, expressed through strong horizontal planes and a restrained palette of concrete, glass and screened façades. Projecting slabs frame the ocean outlook, while recessed glazing and louvred screens introduce depth, shade and privacy.

Garaging occupies the lowest level, with living spaces above and bedrooms on the next floor. This vertical arrangement separates communal and private spaces, with terraces extending the interiors towards the sea. Exposed concrete walls anchor the building, contrasting with the finer rhythm of the façade screens and transparent balcony edges.

The uppermost level is dedicated to a rooftop pool and entertainment terrace, bringing outdoor living above the surrounding roofline and opening long views along the coastline.
