Featured on Top Billing, this contemporary residence is firmly anchored to the dramatic rock formation on which it stands, creating a powerful dialogue between architecture and landscape. The design embraces the strength of its setting while expressing a refined contemporary language inspired by the warmth and richness of African living.

The interiors reflect the owners’ appreciation for travel and craftsmanship, combining contemporary furnishings with a carefully curated collection of artefacts gathered from around the world. These personal pieces introduce texture, character, and a sense of narrative, giving the home a distinctive identity that extends beyond its architecture.

A dramatic cantilevered swimming pool projects from the upper level, appearing to float above the spaces below while framing expansive views across the surrounding landscape. Crowning the home, a generous rooftop terrace with a wood-burning fire pit creates an elevated gathering space, perfectly positioned to enjoy panoramic views of the rocky coastline and the ocean beyond.
