Designed with a vision of timeless coastal elegance, this home revolves around a singular concept: to embrace the panoramic views and provide the owners with luxury, yet comfortable living by the sea and golf course, in Pinnacle Point, Mossel Bay, South Africa.

Ascending to the upper levels, one discovers a space of comfort, housing the bedrooms, bathrooms, and a cozy pajama lounge. Below, the lower section unfolds with expansive living areas, generous patios overlooking the sea, a pool, a convenient guest powder room, and double garages.

A striking feature of the residence is the cantilevered concrete staircase, connecting the two levels and creating a smooth transition between spaces, enhancing the flow and functionality of this home.

The large rimflow pool offers year-round warmth, powered by solar tubes and a heat pump integrated into the home’s eco-friendly infrastructure. This sustainable approach ensures comfort and shows the owner’s commitment to environmentally conscious living.
