Set along the beach edge in Grand Baie, Mauritius, the development comprises a collection of luxury apartments integrated into a natural coastal landscape of palms and indigenous vegetation.

Layered volumes and timber screens provide shade, privacy and filtered views towards the ocean, creating a considered relationship between interior and exterior. Shared amenities are positioned within the landscape, centred around a flowing pool, landscaped terraces and a fire pit overlooking the beach.

A restrained material palette allows the architecture to sit quietly within its setting, while changing light, shadows and late-afternoon sunsets bring the spaces to life.
