Situated within the prestigious Oubaai Golf Estate near George, Bliss is a contemporary coastal residence defined by strong horizontal planes, sculptural concrete forms and a restrained material palette.

The architecture combines off-shutter concrete, natural timber screening and expansive glazing, creating a distinctive composition of solid and transparent elements. A dramatic floating roof frames the entrance, while the home’s elevated position allows the living spaces to engage with the surrounding coastal landscape and ocean views.

Carefully considered proportions, layered volumes and refined detailing give Bliss a bold architectural presence while maintaining a quiet connection to its natural setting.
